There are so many cool things you can do on the site like find very helpful reviews on virtually any beauty or health product on the market. The reviews really helped me out on choosing a new face wash. I checked out several face washes online then went to makeupalley to check out the reviews. The end result: a face wash I love more than any I have ever tried!
The other feature of the site that I am totally obsessed with is the swap forum. How many times have you tried a shampoo or a nail polish once only to discover..it just isn’t for you? You would not believe the amount of beauty products I have at home that just weren’t what I had hoped they’d be. I had no idea what to do with them and ended up throwing many of them away. Not anymore. You can actually trade those items..or brand new items..and even books..cds..and clothing..with people all across the world. I have already completed more than 30 successful swaps with wonderful ladies across the US.

After each swap, you are rated by your partner. You can get a good idea of how trustworthy a potential swap partner will be based on those ratings. Of course, this is just the tip of the iceberg for this site. I have been so caught up with the swap and review parts of the site, I haven’t checked out the forums or anything else.
